How it works
Step One: Inquiry
Fill out our “Contact Us” form to share the details of your event! We will confirm the date then arrange to schedule a call to discuss your perfect beverage experience.

Step Two: Proposal
Using the details from your inquiry and/or phone consultation, we’ll create a customized package and pricing for you to review.

Step Three: Contract & Deposit
When you're excited & ready to move forward, simply sign the agreement and submit your 50% deposit. After that, your event date will be locked in, and The Sidewalk Saloon will be all set to bring the party to you!

Step Four: Pre-event Consultation
About 30 days before your event, we’ll schedule a pre-event consultation to finalize the details, align expectations, and address any remaining questions.

Step Five: Let's Party!
We arrive early to receive your alcohol order and set everything up. When it’s time, we’ll serve you and your guests the perfect beverage experience you envision. It’s that simple!
